The Opportunity: Help Build the Team That's Strengthening Democracy
Join our movement as a Volunteer Talent Acquisition Training Coordinator responsible for supporting the development, onboarding, and continuous training of Talent Acquisition team members. You'll develop valuable experience in partnering closely with recruiters, TA leadership, and HR to ensure consistent training delivery and strong adoption of recruiting processes, tools, and best practices while supporting a mission that will directly impact millions of voters.
Flexible Commitment: Approximately 5-6 hours per week during times that work for you, with one hour scheduled for Talent Acquisition meetings.
What You'll Do
Your main responsibilities:
- Assist with TA (talent acquisition) treporting, metrics, and maintaining data integrity
- Facilitate portions of the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless new-employee experience
- Assist in training and onboarding new TA team members, including demonstrating workflows, tools, and process expectations
- Mentor new team members and help reinforce TA operational standards and best practices
- Partner with recruiters and HR to ensure consistency across hiring processes
- Support ongoing TA projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives
- Identify opportunities to streamline TA operations and enhance the candidate and hiring team experience
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ability to train, coach, and support team members at different experience levels
- Comfortable working with ATS (JazzHR) and HR systems
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative
