About Us

WeVote is a nonpartisan get-out-the-vote nonprofit startup and a celebrated Fast Forward nonprofit technology grantee. WeVote is a movement of over 120 active passionate, part-time volunteers (starting with the founders) who build mobile technologies that will touch and mobilize millions of voters on Election Day. We believe that many voters are busy, distracted, and impatient. We have a goal of providing a positive voting experience that helps people decide how to vote. Role Overview

WeVote has an open volunteering position for a Campaign Manager to help strengthen American Democracy. You are an early‑career professional (2–4 years) with hands‑on experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube. You want to work with an excellent team that is driven and nationally recognized. This position is for 2+ hours per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, traffic, and launch nonpartisan voter education and GOTV campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and other channels aligned to election timelines and priority geographies
  • Own day‑to‑day campaign management: budgets, pacing, bids, audiences, placements, frequency caps, creative rotation, and flighting
  • Set up and QA tracking (UTMs, pixels/tags, conversion events) in partnership with analytics; validate that reporting matches platform and GA4 data
  • Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creative, and landing flows; scale winners and document learnings in clear playbooks
  • Maintain brand safety and compliance with platform political ad policies and WeVote’s nonpartisan 501(c)(3) guidelines, including required verifications and disclaimers

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing paid digital campaigns
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads; familiarity with YouTube placements and basic programmatic is a plus
  • Working knowledge of GA4, UTM standards, and pixels/tags; able to partner with analytics to troubleshoot discrepancies
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns
  • Meticulous about compliance, privacy, and brand safety; experience with political or cause‑related advertising is a plus
  • 2+ hours per week during our core team hours M–F 8 a.m. – 6 p.m
  • You are currently located in the US and can work one or two hours that overlap with US Pacific Time per week
